Recording Studio Rates

STUDIO TOURS
Tours of the studio are FREE and we can usually squeeze in about an hours worth of time to give you a pretty detailed tour. This is a great time to consult with the engineer about your project, and lay out a road map to accomplish your goals.

HOURLY RATES
The hourly rate for the recording studio is $75 per hour and there is a 3 hour minimum per session.

Daily recording rate is $750 per 10 hour day and includes all high end mics, outboard gear, and engineer.

Rates for mixing and mastering are at $55 per hour.

BAND REHEARSAL RATES
Band practice rates begin at $30 per hour for up to a 4 piece band and includes full back line and PA, and use of lighting system. We have a 3 hour minimum for rehearsals. For groups of more than 4 musicians the rates are as follows:

1-4 piece band $30 per hour
5-7 piece band $35 per hour
8-10 piece band $40 per hour.
11-15 piece ensemble/band $45 per hour

VIDEO PRODUCTION
Video Production rates will vary with each project depending on equipment and building use needs. Often times extra assistance may be required with operation of multiple cameras, audio recording, and video switching. Often times there is so much to set up that an additional day may be required to meet all of the needs of the video shoot. It is not uncommon to have 4-5 times the amount of time setting up for a shoot than the actual shoot will take. Please consult with our team in advance to make sure that your vision can be met inside of your budget.

Rate for assistants is $30 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.

Video Editing rates are $50 per hour.

Video Transfer rates are $30 per hour. (transferring data from on board camera recorders, video broadcast switchers etc to a clients drive)

Discounted rates may be available for lock outs, returning customers, and maybe just because the owner is in a good mood!
