Chandler Germanium Compressor Review

Here is some information and a review about our Chandler Germanium Compressors and what we really think of them.

The Chandler Germanium compressor was designed by Wade Goeke at Chandler and allows the user to choose between different types of electronics (zener, silicone,and germanium) for the different types of characteristics they want to color their sound. It also has a mix control that allows parallel compression. What this means is that you can choose how much of an uncompressed signal you want to hear blended in with your compressed signal. This allows you to keep the tones you like with the transients under control and blend in exactly how much of the natural uncompressed signal underneath it. this keep things sound very musical and natural. VERY COOL!!!!
